I’m New!
Welcome to North Shore Community Church!
Attending a new church can be exciting, but also intimidating. As much as we would like to start getting connected, there are also a lot of question marks. Whether you are new to Long Island, new to the faith, or new to us, we are excited to welcome you to North Shore Community Church(NSCC).
When you visit, we hope you sense our joyful belief that the gospel of Jesus Christ is good news for every person in the world and that this belief singularly shapes everything we do. We also hope you see a community of ordinary people whose lives have been radically changed by a love that is far greater than we thought was possible—the love of God in Jesus Christ.
What to Expect
When you arrive at NSCC a member of our welcome team will greet you and hand you a bulletin. You are free to take a seat at any pew you feel comfortable sitting at. If you need to use the facilities any member of our greeter team will be happy to direct you.
Our dress code is pretty broad, so we invite you to dress in what you’re comfortable in. Most of our members typically dress any where from casual to semi-formal.
We have two meetings on Sundays at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM, our meetings typically last an hour and fifteen minutes. During the second service we offer children’s church and a youth program for middle school and high school students. We invite you to stay after worship for our fellowship hour over bagels and coffee.
We are excited to see you on Sunday! If you want to get a head start on connecting, fill out the digital connect card (our newcomer form) and someone from our staff will be in touch with you shortly. For times and location click here.
